Hi,

I need a challenge checker that requires the cacher to have found at least 1 find (anything except reverse and traveling caches count) in each of these counties of the United States:

Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania
Baltimore City, Maryland (Baltimore City is its own county, and is not Baltimore County)
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
York County, Pennsylvania
Mercer County, New Jersey
Anne Arundel County, Maryland
New York County, New York (Manhattan Island)
Washington, D.C. (it's its own county) - this challenge cache, which is located in Washington, D.C., does not count toward the challenge.

Virtuals, EarthCaches, WebCams, etc., all count. The only cache types I'm excluding are Reverse (Locationless) caches and Traveling Caches.
