[Resolved] Challenge checker for GC7F86V

Hello, we require a challenge checker for our new cache GC7F86V. The challenge is to find caches which were published between 2000 and 2018 which makes a total of 18, one cache per year. Every type of cache is allowed and it does not matter whether the cache is already archived.

I have assumed that the future years have to be add to the checker i.e in 2019 this year is added. If this is not the case a different script has to be used.

We tested the checker. It works very good. However, we only want to limit it to the years 2000-2018 with no future years added.
