The rules for this challenge are that finds must be within a USGS quadrangle and be within Spokane county. The checker is only checking for the quadrangle and allowing finds in other counties to qualify.

Is it possible to correct this? I emailed Moun10Bike who originally tagged the checker for me and he doesn't think he has checker writing access anymore and suggested I look here for help.

After consultation with HQ the best solution at the moment is to provide a new checker.

The checker looks the same on the map but now only allows caches within the boundary of the county.

Please test and confirm that it is suitable. Upon confirmation I will remove the old checker
