Is it possible to make a checker for a given number of types/icons in a given number of counties in a given country? Let's say 5 types in 10 counties in Norway, to start with..

Yes, it's easy to do. You also have to specify whether you want the 5 types to be the same in each county or whether it can be 5 different types for each county. Once you've decided, request it in the Checker requests sub-forum, along with the GC code for your challenge.

I would like it to be 5 different types for each county. I would like it to be 5 counties, in total 25 caches.

Hi and thanks for your help! :-)
I tried the checker, but it doesn't show me 5 DIFFERENT types in each Norwegian county. It shows me for instance five earthcaches in one county, and 5 traditionals in another.

Do you think this is fixable?

Though the checker you have made here can be used for another challenge of its own, but maybe the number og counties could be 50 :-)

Okay, that previous checker is completely wrong for the challenge then. Here's one that will enforce 5 types for each of 5 counties in Norway:
