Now that the moratorium is over can I have some help to create a checker to have earned 75 Geocaching Souvenirs? I have a GC code for GC6JG1A, but it obviously not submitted yet to the reviewer. Thanks for your help.

If I want to set a challenge nearby with the same requirements (or higher), do I need to get the GC# first and then request the checker be modified?
OR
Can I modify with new GC# and higher requirement of souvenirs?
OR
Do I request a new checker be developed with my GC# and requirements?

If you done have taged a checker before you cant do it now.
Read the READ FIRST post http://project-gc.com/forum/read?8,13,13#msg-13 where it is explain that you a gc code is necessary and you should post it with your request.
The checker (script) is not modified by a config for your challenge is created with your requirements
