[Resolved] Checker for GC7WJ02

I need a checker that would verify that a cacher has found 10 caches with a minimum of 5 FAVORITE votes anywhere in the world. Any cache type other than events, locationless or benchmark will qualify. I have written in the description that if a cache is archived and the FAVORITE is removed, then it may not meet the minimum of 5 FAVORITES. Additionally, they may NOT log and count an ARCHIVED cache for the minimum. The day they log this cache, GC7WJ02 is the day to determine the minimum.

Please test and let us know if it's suitable. Also note that archived caches can't be excluded or it would be seen as excluding a segment of users who found it in the past. However, the requirements are low enough that this shouldn't be a problem for most users.
