In order to claim a smiley on this cache you will need to find:
Found the 10 oldest caches in Harstad municipality

It would be superb if the output listed the 10 oldest cache the user have found in Harstad (Troms/Norway).
I guess in a couple of years the output will change since some caches might get archived, therefor it would be cool to see the list the user had when he/she qualified for the challenge.

Feedback from the reviewer.
They will not approved a challenge that is so specific, since it will have a list the oldest 10 caches. They could approve it if you found 10 of the 50 oldest in Harstad. Therefor i will try to find another challenge
