[Resolved] Checker Request GC6NX2F Find 10 out of 20 Top Favorited Caches in NY State

I'm looking for a checker for finding at least 10 of the top 20 most favorited caches in New York State. In doing some research I found at least one that exists for Florida. Can this be modified to be for New York?
