Need a checker for GC83GWY - From Sea to Shining Sea

Requirement:
- Find at least 1 cache in contiguous states from Atlantic to Pacific.

Parameters:
- Any combination of states is allowed.
- States that border the Atlantic: ME, NH, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
- States that border the Pacific: WA, OR, CA
- Contiguous states must share a common land border with each other.
- States separated by a major body of water are not contiguous. (Michigan and Illinois do NOT border each other)
- States separated by a river are contiguous. (Deleware and New Jersey DO border each other.)
- Hawaii and Alaska do not border any other states, and do not qualify for this challenge.
- Any cache type is permitted.

Follow up verification: I have not found any examples to test, but can you verify that states touching corner-to-corner are not adjacent?

Example: Utah and New Mexico are not adjacent; Colorado and Arizona are not adjacent.
