[Resolved] Requesting checker for GC86HKN Earthcache challenge

I am requesting a checker for a new challenge, VT 100 Earthcache challenge

To be eligible, the qualified cacher must have found 100 or more earthcaches, of which not less than two must be from Vermont.

All of this series requires some in state caching. 2 is de minimis. We currently have 22 caches in Vermont. It is likely anyone coming to Vermont who has at least 98 earthcaches so far can find 2 while they are here.
