I made a mistake with the year for this challenge. It is supposed to be 200 caches before 31 Dec 2004, not 2005.

I would also like to change it to minimum
3 finds in year 2000.
20 finds in year 2001.
30 finds in year 2002.
40 finds in year 2003.
50 finds in year 2004.
