[Resolved] Checker request for GC3R208

GC code - GC3R208
This is an old challenge (grandfathered challenge)
If I am reading the first requirement correctly, you need to have given each of the qualifying caches a favorite point. If that causes an issue for the checker, I would say leaving that out would be ok. Thanks!!

You must have found 5 caches that have at least 100 FAVORITE POINTS by at least 100 other cachers. (101 total/cache)
At least one of the 5 must have 250 or more Favorite Points.
At least 3 of the 5 must be Traditional caches. They CAN all be Traditional. Two can be any other cache types, but you can't have more than 1 of any type. (not 2 Virtuals or 2 Earthcaches, etc.) But, 1 Virtual and 1 Earthcache is ok.
All 5 MUST be from different states within the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, with no repetition. (It does NOT include: Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and US Minor Outlying Islands.)

I believe this will require a new script, so marking it as such.
