Happy Halloween!

I'm in the hunt for a challenge checker for my new challenge cache. The GC code is [GC8FGF6]. The checker needs to show 100 finds in the state of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Once the challenge has been met, seekers can claim a find on my cache!
