Hi there I am looking for a check for GC8EWBA. This cache will require the following:

The cacher must find a cache of any type in the following states and that found cache had to have been placed between 2004 and 2010.

Georgia
South Carolina
Kentucky
Tennessee
Maine
Washington

This challenge restriction is no longer allowed due to a recent addition to the
guidelines
, rule 10:

Quote

Not allowed: Restricting finds to caches published prior to a particular date. (added Nov 2019)

The only exception (as stated in the same rule) are Jasmer challenges (i.e. for every month, a cache hidden in that month).

I didnt realize that rule was added. If you can then remove the date restriction from my request I would appreciate it.
