Re: GC8M32A - Leap Day Challenge (Sort of)

Hello,

I would like to create a checker to do a "Leap Day" challenge of sorts. I know that challenges that use Leap Day can't be done, so it will be focused on "29". Here are the requirements

1. Find a cache on the 29th of every month (Except February)
2. Find 29 caches each day of the week (Sunday-Saturday). This is a cumulative total, so year over year is fine
3. Find 29 caches with at least 29 favorite points
4. Find a cache in 29 different US counties (Or equivalent)
