Challenge : All counties (44) in Luxembourg Region in Belgium

This should be the same script as the one for GC724XT - Challenge - Les 38 communes de Namur (Belgium) except that region is "Luxembourg" instead of "Namur" and the number of counties is "44" instead of "38"

I fullfill the challenge myself.
