Unfortunately, the feedback on classification and attainability by new cachers is less positive. The categories as defined are not part of the Geocaching website. The relevant section Challenge Cache guideline says:

Challenge cache criteria must come from information broadly available on Geocaching.com such as on the statistics page, cache placement dates, types, attributes, souvenirs, etc. and must be verifiable through information on Geocaching.com.

With respect to attainability: The country and region souvenirs are available all the time as are a few others (e.g. the Original Stash souvenir) but all the rest come and go and there is never a promise or guarantee that enough of any given type would be available for a new cacher to complete the challenge. Even so, at the current rate it could take a new cacher several years to achieve this challenge as there is no guarantee in having a large block of souvenirs such as the Hidden Creatures (from 2018) or 31 Days (from 2013).

Given this, it does not seem that this challenge is publishable.
