The Checker done was perfect but I need to expand the options to help people qualify:
in order to log it, you must have found 2 caches in each of the 5 States that begin with "R", "S" & "T". Just to be charitable and international, you can substitute 2 finds in the Province of Saskatchewan for 1 of the 5 US States. Alternatively you can substitute 2 Finds in a United Nations member state that begins with "S" for 1 of the 5 US States.
