[Resolved] new checker for GC8XYZY (NO tourists in different states)

Hello again,
Can you please make a checker for a new challenge?
I would like a checker to find 'NOT recommended for tourists' attributes in different US states. (At least one per state.)
And can you make the checker for how many we currently have? (Example: i know we have Iowa & Illinois & South Dakota & Minnesota so that would result in 4 states. Past that i couldn't get a PQ to find any others. If you can recommend a non-GSAK way of finding this I would love to know.)
