[Resolved] New checker needed for GC9105M

This is part of my Vermont challenge series

This requires a) 50 caches in Vermont of any kind AND
b) 25 earthcaches , c) 60 caches with scenic views (attribute binoculars), d) 10 caches with hikes under 10 km, and e) 5 caches that may require wading.

This is meant to be a beginners challenge. Thank you.
