Need a checker for: GC2Y8K1

Task: In one day, find (or have found) at least 20 caches in Illinois AND at least 20 caches in any of the surrounding states - Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Notes - this is a grandfathered cache.

Looks great, thank you! I appreciate the note at the top about false positives. I did not get a false positive though I could have. I appreciate all of your efforts!
