Need a checker for - GC5JQ10

Task - You need to have logged at least 250 caches. The caches types must come from the following 3 types of caches - Virtual, Earth Cache or Events - thus the name of the challenge VEE. Your total must come to over 250 for the types combined. 2nd Requirement - at least 25 of the caches must come from each type.
