[Resolved] GC45EDN Please fix this Checker

Please fix this Checker to actually do what the challenge requires.
The main thing that needs to be fixed is to NOT allow numbers in the cache names.

The other thing required is that only 1 cache per series is allowed. (Although I doubt the Checker can actually do that part)
