[Resolved] GC93KMB - DOUBLE ABC County Name Challenge

I need a checker that will look at a cacher's counties and verify they have two counties starting with each letter of the alphabet. No county starts with X so they need two counties with X in the name.

Please confirm it is suitable.

The number given after the letter is the total number of USA counties matching that letter. Then it gives GC codes and county names for two examples.
