[Resolved] GC93QXD Challenge: 366 dagen op een rij

I would like to get an instance of the existing checker Challenge: 366 days on a row (Belgium) for the GC code in subject, like https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC49D0V/409

The checker is for 365 days because the guidelines do not allow leapday (schrikkeldag) to be counted

A bit lame that a leap year requirement is no longer allowed, but that raises a question: does this checker just skip Feb. 29 but verifies a log on all other dates of the year, OR does it check a stretch of 365 consecutive days with a log.

In the first case you need to log every day from Jan 1st up and including Dec 31, thereby simply disregarding Feb. 29.

In the second case you can start on, say, Feb. 29 and log up to and including Jan. 30 the next year, a 365 days streak, whereby a log on Jan. 31 is not required.

For me, the latter case would be more fair to those who do log on Feb. 29, but if I look at the code, it seems as if Feb. 29 is just excluded from counting, whether a leap year or not.

I think there is some confusion about your request because you call your challenge 'Challenge: 366 days on a row" which means a streak but the checker you gave in the example " https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC49D0V/409 " is a calendar

What do you require ?

Maintaining a finds streak, at least one find per day, up to 365 days.

Thanks, I had read the page on challenges criteria in the meantime.

The reason I proposed the checker is that it was the first in the list when I looked for 'Belgium' AND '366'.
With 366 days in a row, you always cover a full year, leap years included, so there was no need to think about streak vs calendar.
