[Resolved] GC93Y54 Low Elevation challenge

Please help me with a challenge checker.

Qualifications:
Find 2 caches at or below 0 elevation.
The caches need to be in 2 different US states
Also, need to be 2 different cache types.

For example, I have found a traditional cache at 0 elevation in California and an Earthcache at 0 elevation in Florida.
