Is it possible to make a checker for our challenge "The Fibonacci Attribute Challenge"?

Using the first 19 numbers of the Fibonacci sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987, 1597, 2584, 4181), the geocachers have to have the corresponding number of any attribute or higher. No attribute can be used twice. I.e. have found 1 "Abandoned mine", 1 "UV light required",,,,,,4181 "Available in winter".
