I need this checker checked to see what it is asking for.

Someone I know got a false positive on it.

I wanted it to check for a total of 250 caches. 5 states, minimum 50 caches in each state.

That looks like what it should be checking.

Please provide the username for the user getting a false positive so we can confirm.

Found out my listing was wrong. It is correct for 50 in each of 5 states. I had written 50 in 10. My mistake.

I do have a further question though on one of my other recent challenge caches.
GC6W25X - SCCA Challenge - Eleven 4 Eleven

Eleven cache types each in a different state/province.

I qualified of course but a friend checked and he didn't. He has cached in over 35 states and more provinces than me. If his list were organized differently he would qualify. If Ontario were a regular even and not a CITO and Michigan were a CITO and not a wherIgo and then Neveda added for a wherIgo he would have it. His username is Norshley. He should qualify but he is getting only 10.

Hmmmm,

It's coming up with different results each time. Some green, some red.

When I ran it once it came up with only 10 of 11 for Norshley, now it came up only 9.

We also found another 39565 solutions with 9 finds, but none with more than 9. . Here are some ideas to resolve this:

Go find caches in order to meet this challenge, perhaps using the list above as a starting point.
Rerun the checker.
Or simply try to find a solution by hand. Sometimes you may do better than this checker.

I tested Norshley 10 times and found the following results:

Of those 10 times the checker timed out twice reaching 42497 solutions.
This is caused by the large number of finds which need to be checked.

My advice is to make a remark on the cache page for cachers with a large number of regions (States) and a large number of types cq finds to rerun the checker a few times
