Want to place a challenge cache to commemorate this 2020 year, want to have a play on 20/20

I know I can propose a challenge for having minimum 20 squares of D/T matrix with 20 or more.

Reading the guidelines, I assume I cannot do the same (minimum 20 squares with 20 or more) for the Dates Found Calendar, Dates placed calendar, or Jasmer matrix.

The D/T matrix challenge is close by, if I can combine with other grids from your project GC profile, this is what I would like confirmed.

Also, want to create another creative easy challenges, but word them differently;

Want to create a challenge cache where you must have found a cache with a "2" in the date placed. Since all caches are placed 2000 and later, this means you must have found one cache. So I need a checker to confirm one cache find.

Please confirm both ideas

You could do 20 d/t spots with a minimum of 20 finds on each spot for caches hidden in 2020.
This will be allowed within the conditions of the guidelines,

You problem will be that you do not fulfill the conditions

If you want to base the condition on finds in stead of hidden then this is not acceptable
