The reviewer is not OK with the checker because it only checks if there are 108 attributes instead of 41 negative and 67 positive attributes. Can this be fixed?

If you change the task to
To qualify to log this cache, you must have found 12 different cache types and 108 attributes.

Because the attribute counting is a complicated module and in order to keep the script fast enough this multiple test script in only counting the different attributes
