[Resolved] Empire State Challenge

The cache is located at the posted coordinates. This is a challenge cache. You may sign the log at any time. However, only log the cache as a find once you meet the requirements. Logging requirements you need to have logged at least 40 caches in New York State. BYOP. gc98bvn
