[Resolved] New checker for GC8ZYY6

Hi! :-)

We would like a checker where the cacher needs to have found 1 cache published in 2001, 2 caches published in 2002, 3 caches published in 2003...and all the way up to 2021 where he/she needs 21 caches published this year.
Hopefully you understand what we mean :-)
