Old guidelines - requires finds by certain owners in a specific state (Tennessee, United States)

This is a BINGO game style cache. You have to find a cache hidden by 5 cache owners, but the name list can be diagonal, horizontal, or vertical based on the image/list of names on the cache page. Definitely not allowed as a new cache, but this was placed quite a while ago.
