[Resolved] GC9AQZZ total Manitoba finds, min. 25

All this checker needs to do is check that total finds of caches (any type) in the province of Manitoba, Canada are 25 or greater. It's for a new unpublished cache already pre-approved by local reviewer. This is one of a series of challenge caches placed around the province by a variety of cachers. Thanks.

And I am so sorry, but I said 25 caches, but it should really be 30 caches. Is it possible to do another geochecker??? Thank you
