[Resolved] Need Challenge Checker for GC9DJPV 1,000 Finds West of the Mississippi Challenge

Hi,

I need a challenge checker that requires that a cacher have found at least 1,000 caches of any type in or west of Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The other states west of these would be Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
