GC9E5DX is good,

GC9E5DZ i have https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCMTC8 Indiana Spirit Quest #113: County Line as one of the 7 oldest, it is on the north side of south county line road dividing Steuben and DeKalb county. Cachley also states that cache is in Steuben County... please advise?

Project-GC's maps place the cache in DeKalb county, and you can see the boundaries we use at https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCounties?profile_name=DrAcorn&country=United+States&region=Indiana&submit=Filter
However, if you do think that our boundaries are wrong, which has happened in the past though rarely, I can bring it up if there is perhaps another source of information.
