[Resolved] Need a Checker for GC9F4GK 8 States in a Day Challenge

Hi,

I need a checker that requires a cacher to have found at least 3 Traditional caches in each of these 8 states: Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida (there is no actual time limit associated with finding these). Only Traditionals count.
