Checks the cache "Challenge GC 6" in Portugal. Requires to have found 88 or more cache with a code GCxxxx.

That challenge is based on 20% of the oldest "active" caches from Portugal.
Your challenge is based on gccode

I wanted 19,5 % of the oldest caches in portugal. Of all gcxxxx caches active at this time in Portugal

GC codes goes from the 6 char format you mentioned above to the current 7 char format in december 2006
GC codes cant be used but hidden date can be used.
The big difference is that gc codes is harder to choser for then hidden date. The reason that GC codes, publishing reviwers etc is not allowed is that the challenge base on that often more a find the right cache on the webpage problem then finding a cache in the field problem

You could change it to find caches hidden 2006 or earlier and it wold be almost the same. There are 450 active hides 2006 and earlier that would qualify. Some 6 is likely excluded and a few 7 char is included.
A better date might be fund but using the while year looks nicer.

If you read the guidelines you will see that finding a percentage of a group of caches is explicitly not allowed but saying find 90 caches that are the same could be allowed.
If you changes it to "find 90 caches hidden 2006 or earlier in Portugal" the checker is trivial to do and it would likely be accepted by the reviewer if that think it is a "reasonable number" to quote the guidelines.

I now noticed that you have only 89 finds 2006 or earlier so I would suggest that you find one more cache or perhaps 11 more. 90 or 100 cacher looks like a better challenge

Forgot to add that you cant a percentage of the oldest with a large number of oldes caches since the checker on can get the 100 oldest cache from Portugal from the checker API.

The checker for the "GC6VXY9 - Portugal Oldest Caches Challenge (2001-2003) (Portugal)" does not checks for 14 caches published 2001-2003 as the challenge says. It looks for 20% of the 67 oldest active and disabled caches and that is not nessecery the same thing if a cache is archived.

Only one thing in the script output, can you have the list of caches found and which ones can I find?

Changed the output but the checker will only show those caches you have found
