[Resolved] GC9GHB0 - 1,000 1.5/1.5 finds

Greetings, I am in need of a checker that will ensure that the finder has found 1,000 geocaches with a D/T rating of 1.5/1.5. Also, I have accidentally tagged the cache with a checker that only checks for a D of 1.5. How can I change that?
