the challenge is to find at least 9 two different kinds of caches which are located at an elevation of -50m or below.
e.g. http://coord.info/GC1N0X1, http://coord.info/GCH657 etc.

Any type is ok as long as there are two different types considered.

No, we can't tell this in this script, The best thing would be to base the checker on Earthcaches and Virtuals

I have read this multiple times, including the posts here. I don't really understand what the challenge is. I am afraid you are not getting the response you should due to that.

An example might help.

The challenge is:

"Find at least 9 caches located at an elevation of -50m or below. The caches must cover at least two cache types, e.g. virtual or EC."

Example:
I found 9 caches located below -51 meters, with caches types EC and virtual.


Finding only ECs or only virtuals the challenge is not completed.

Ah, I get it now. Maybe it was just me who didn't understand it before.

Technically it's not a problem. I don't think there is a (simple) script ready that works for this. Either it has be one of those very generic that, I don't know them very well, or a new has to be created.

If you only want the challenge for Earthcache and Virtuals the checker I made can be made.
There are only 21 earthcaches and 4 virtuals alive today, so the challenge will be difficult

If you allow Traditionals as a type in stead of one of the above types there are 199 caches alive
There are 39 Unkown Caches, 3 Multi's, 1 Letterbox and 1 Wherigo still in excistance.

This makes a total of 268 alive

incliuding archived and disabled the figures are
3 CITO's, 33 Earthcaches, 6 Event caches, 9 Letterbox, 26 Locationless, 22 Multi's, 350 Trad's, 94 Unknown's, 23 Virtuals and 2 Wherigo's

This makes a total of 568 caches in the whole world.

The checker as you suggest requires a new or adopted script write and a scriptwriter will have to make one.

Please make it clear what is needed

The cacher needs to find 9 geocaches 50 meters below sea level. Of those 9, there has to be at least two different cache types. (trad+multi, trad+myst, trad+earth, trad+webcam ...).

Only the example mentions the exact types of EC+Webcam. My understanding is that any two types works, as long as it's at least two types.

Yes , I understood this all the time The complecation of this is that it will take some time to get a customised script for this challenge.
But maybe a sciptwriter has time to attend to this or Target. can adopt his script for this one.

Only EC or virtuals are fine.

Resetting the counter is not possible and in any case the reviewer will test with some names also.
