[Resolved] GC9JR37 - 200 Ticks attribute challenge

Howdy!

Hoping this one will be straight forward, as I see a similar checker already in place (link attached). Looking for a simple checker, to qualify a cacher will need 200 finds with the Ticks attribute. These caches can be from anywhere in the world.
