[Resolved] New checker for GC9JPRN- find 2 caches placed in 2000

Hello. Apparently challenge caches designated from a specific date aren't allowed. Could y'all please craft a challenge cache checked that determined if people had found at least 2 caches placed from the year 2000, that were not their hides? Thank you,
