This is for having found caches with the 'SCENIC VIEW' PLUS THE 'RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS' attributes that add up to 350-any combination, there has to be at least ONE of each of the two attributes, could be 349 scenic plus 1 tourist or any other combination, just as long as they add up to 350 caches found.
