Hi,
can you guys please create checker for these:

GC9T4EX - to have CITO in at least 39 Czech counties (it means more than half of 77 existing).

GC9T4P9 - to have at least one region in Czechia with CITO in all of its counties (except Prague, because it is region and county at the same time). So basically all Czech regions with more than 1 county are acceptable for this challenge.
