from my CACHE DESCRIPTION... The cache IS at the posted coordinates but in order to qualify you must have found caches with a COMBINED TOTAL OF FOUR 'may require swimming' or 'scuba gear required' attributes. It can be 2 of each, 1 and 3, but NOT 4 AND 0. You must have at least ONE of each...
