Challenge - find the oldest active cache in at least 2 countries.

Can the checker be cloned from the script for GC9DRAR ? I like the way that one works. 1) if you found a cache with an older hidden date in the region than the current oldest, that counts. 2) if you don't currently qualify, it shows you a list of the currently oldest cache in the regions where you've not found a cache.
