Hi,
I'm hoping you can provide a checker that requires the cacher to find at least one cache in every county in 5 different states. Washington D.C. does not count. This can be spread out over 20+ years.

This checker was disabled because I didn't include the word "Challenge" in the cache title. I have fixed that, and would like the checker reenabled. Thank you
