Please create a checker for the subject challenge.

The requirements are you must find:

100 caches in 5 distinct counties in Illinois and

50 caches in 5 different distinct counties in Illinois and

25 caches in 5 different distinct counties in Illinois.

All fifteen counties must be distinct. Any type of cache counts towards this challenge.
