Hi

Could I please have a checker for the following proposed challenge cache:

GC9VYB7 - Find the oldest active cache in at least 4 of the 8 Australian States or Territories. Caches archived after they were found will still qualify. However caches found after they were archived do not count. (similar to https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC7MPMX/48504 but limited to Australia and only 4 regions)
