Re: GC1JQAD allows older caches, before dec 13, 2008

The conditions for GC1JQAD state: The finds for this challenge must not be from any earlier than December 13, 2008.

However, several of the caches found by me ('admuk') by owner 'fizzymagic' were found before that date, yet are included.

I'm looking at the checker source and will see if I can figure out how to incorporate a date check.

Also, caches that have been adopted by my username should be listed under original owner username; when I found them they were not my caches...

I'm curious about developing these checkers, too, but will look over the docco first. I'm OK with Python and good with C.
